## Required

- Currently studying or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and startups
- Deep familiarity with the Israeli technology landscape
- Ability to identify business opportunities and translate research into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Strong English communication skills

## Nice to have

- Hebrew fluency
- Established network within Israeli startup or venture capital community
