- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Deep understanding of end-to-end marketing processes (brand strategy, creative production, media planning, campaign measurement)
- Proven track record identifying and scaling emerging technologies in large enterprises
- Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to translate technical capabilities to marketing applications
- Global experience across US and international markets
- Ability to influence across organizational levels and drive adoption of new practices

## Nice to have

- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
- Direct experience implementing generative AI or machine learning in CPG marketing or digital agencies
- Marketing background in large multinational CPG, spirits, or premium lifestyle brands
