- Experience partnering with product development and design teams on tradeoffs
- Mastery of Customer-Driven Innovation and Design for Delight frameworks
- Ability to execute in ambiguity and build trustworthy systems
- Demonstrated increasing responsibility and end-to-end ownership
- Systems thinking to build reusable solutions across teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Math, or related discipline)
