- SAP Master Data Migration expertise with LSMW, LTMC, or ABAP programs
- Knowledge of SAP data models and table structures
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law or Science
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of technology application to business

## Nice to have

- SAP Business Objects and BODS experience
- Syniti Advanced Data Migration Tool experience
- Previous consulting experience or internal project exposure
