- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities

## Nice to have

- Strong HR background with hands-on Workday time tracking experience as a consultant or client-side owner
- Experience in Workday modules beyond Absence and Time Tracking
- Current Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
