## Required

- B.S./M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years working with high-speed SerDes and Analog IP
- Strong understanding of high-speed SerDes architecture
- Hands-on experience with high-speed debug and characterization
- Strong debug and problem-solving skills
- Experience with script-based test automation and scripting
- Strong understanding of channel loss, jitter, and high-speed serial IO impairments

## Nice to have

- Experience with PCIe Gen6
- Experience with 100/200 Gbps per lane Ethernet interfaces
- Hands-on debug experience with high-speed oscilloscopes and BERTs
- Experience in test and screening methodology for high-speed interfaces
- Prior experience supporting high-speed serial IO interfaces
- Prior experience supporting Ethernet and/or PCIe interfaces
