## Required

- 6-8+ years in distributed systems or cloud networking engineering
- 2-4+ years managing engineering talent
- Strong knowledge of SDN and network virtualization including overlay networking and VPC constructs
- Hands-on experience building large-scale control planes with state reconciliation and API design
- Understanding of operating multi-tenant cloud services with SLOs and reliability practices

## Nice to have

- DPU/SmartNIC dataplane experience
- Cloud load balancing or NAT at scale experience
- Network security policy engine expertise
- Open-source contributions to OVN/OVS or SDN projects
