- 1+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
- Master Cloud CX Premium service model and 5 Steps of Service
- Execute daily operational tasks with attention to detail
- Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory management
- Strong communication skills and team-first approach
- Meticulous attention to personal presentation and execution quality
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays
