- Knowledge of cross-border withholding and permanent establishment analysis
- Track record owning discrete workstreams on capital-intensive deals from intake through close
- Ability to work across Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and business teams
- Strong written and verbal communication for tax analysis

## Nice to have

- 8 to 10 years of tax experience with datacenter or infrastructure exposure
- Big 4 or law firm datacenter or infrastructure tax practice experience
- In-house tax experience at hyperscaler or cloud provider
- Hands-on transfer pricing experience for intercompany services and benchmarking
- Experience with owner-operator transitions and construction-period capitalization
- Experience with non-US datacenter tax regimes
- JD, LL.M. in Taxation, CPA, or MST
