- Understanding of private markets performance measurement methodologies including IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, MOIC, and benchmarking

- Experience identifying recurring analytical challenges and developing scalable reporting solutions
- Successfully managed multiple projects from inception to completion
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical undergraduate degree such as Finance, Accounting, or Statistics

## Nice to have
