- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Leadership experience driving quality engineering initiatives across multiple teams
- Strong programming in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
- Expertise with automation frameworks like Playwright, Pytest, Appium, or Selenium
- Experience with development tools including Git, Jenkins, Docker, and device lab solutions
- Ability to influence engineering organizations and drive adoption of quality best practices
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional initiatives

## Nice to have

- Experience leveraging AI-assisted testing tools and driving AI-based automation innovation
- Experience with test generation and defect analysis using AI
- Practical experience with hardware and device validation workflows
