## Required

- 8+ years progressive tax experience in public accounting or in-house at multinational companies
- hands-on quarterly and annual tax provision preparation
- experience with tax due diligence and M&A tax support
- financial reporting and audit experience
- ability to partner effectively across accounting, finance, legal, and treasury functions
- ability to operate independently and manage complex technical work in fast-paced environments
- public company experience with SEC reporting, SOX controls, and 10-Q/10-K tax disclosures

## Nice to have

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification
- Master of Taxation degree
