## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce Developer experience
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and optimization techniques
- Proficiency with Salesforce deployment tools (SFDX, Change Sets, Copado, CI/CD pipelines)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Proficiency with source control systems such as Git

## Nice to have

- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Experience with Boomi, Heroku, or other middleware tools
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and data management best practices
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments
