## Required

- 1-2 years loan underwriting or processing experience
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Understanding of debt-to-income, payment-to-income, and loan-to-value ratios
- Knowledge of consumer income documentation (paystubs, 1099, W2, 1040, bank statements)
- Ability to work 10 AM - 7 PM CST shift with rotating Saturdays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or GED

## Nice to have

- Experience working in automotive or powersports dealerships
