## Required

- 7+ years building production software
- Substantial backend engineering experience
- Python or similar language proficiency
- System design and data modeling expertise
- Experience building reliable product-facing services
- Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD familiarity
- Active use of AI tools and LLMs
- Strong communication and technical judgment
- Located in NYC, Denver, or Seattle area and able to work in-office 2-3x per week
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Analytics or data-heavy product experience
- Production LLM or generative AI systems experience
- NoSQL database experience
- Event-driven or streaming architecture experience
- Infrastructure-as-code familiarity
