## Required

- Bachelor's degree in journalism or equivalent experience
- National or large market local news experience
- Excellent writing and producing skills
- Strong news judgment and knowledge of politics, history, geography, and current events
- Ability to write in conversational style
- Control room and breaking news experience
- Meet quick deadlines and react to rapid news developments
- Work overnight and weekend shifts (Friday 7:30 PM–3:30 AM ET, Saturday and Sunday 6:30 PM–2:30 AM ET)
