## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in mission operations, launch systems, or aerospace
- Experience with vehicle automation, telemetry analysis, and operational command and control
- Experience operating and troubleshooting high pressure fluid or cryogenic systems
- Experience operating and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or avionics systems
- Strong problem-solving in real-time, high-stakes environments
- Excellent communication and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams under pressure
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR compliance)

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in related field
- 10+ years in mission operations or launch systems
- Expertise in reusable launch systems
- Familiarity with mission control software and systems integration
- Experience developing launch commit criteria and real-time response protocols
