- Full lifecycle recruiting experience in infrastructure, platform, or technical engineering organizations

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools
- Experience partnering with hiring managers on intake, bar calibration, and interview loop design
- Independent judgment on candidate quality and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder searches
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

## Nice to have

- Experience recruiting at high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning companies
- Knowledge of infrastructure and platform talent landscape and where ML training and systems talent originates
- Experience hiring for hyperscale cluster infrastructure, research infrastructure, privacy infrastructure, or sandboxing and isolation engineering
