- Excellent program management and communication skills
- Ability to work with globally dispersed, multi-cultural teams
- Travel up to 10% as required

## Nice to have

- Experience with synthetic data generation pipelines or World Foundation Models
- Background in data lifecycle management and large-scale data curation
- Strong leadership in matrixed collaboration and conflict resolution
