- Knowledge of embedded communication protocols and device driver development
- Familiarity with ARM or other microcontroller architectures
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot embedded systems
- Experience with code reviews, testing, and documentation
- Problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork

## Nice to have

- Experience developing device drivers for ASICs or FPGAs
