## Required

- 15+ years progressive enterprise network engineering and architecture experience
- Proven success designing and implementing large-scale enterprise network environments
- Demonstrated leadership of enterprise architecture initiatives in complex, regulated environments
- Active Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification (Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Center, or Routing & Switching)
- Expert-level knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, MPLS, QoS, Multicast, and enterprise routing/switching
- Strong experience with Azure networking, datacenter fabric technologies, spine-leaf architectures, and SD-WAN platforms
- Network segmentation and Zero Trust architecture design experience
- High-availability and disaster recovery design expertise
- Enterprise network security technologies knowledge
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus
- Experience mentoring senior technical teams

## Nice to have

- Advanced AWS networking experience (Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, load balancing)
- Advanced OCI networking experience (VCNs, DRGs, FastConnect, hybrid-cloud connectivity)
- Megaport and cloud interconnection platform experience
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Versa, Fortinet, or similar SD-WAN technologies
- Infrastructure as Code and automation implementation using Terraform, Ansible, or Python
