## Required

- 8 to 12+ years progressive accounting experience
- 4+ years in senior leadership role
- CPA certification
- Experience with complex regulatory and external reporting environment including SEC and SOX
- Inventory and cost accounting expertise in retail, apparel, e-commerce, or CPG
- Standard costing, landed cost accounting, and variance analysis experience
- Multi-currency and international manufacturing environments
- Advanced ERP experience with NetSuite preferred
- Expert-level Excel and financial modeling
- People management and team development track record

## Nice to have

- MBA
- Public accounting experience at Big 4 or mid-tier firm
- Private industry experience
