## Required

- 12+ years of product management, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, platform engineering or virtualization experience (or 10+ years with MS/MBA)
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes control plane architecture, Cluster API, scheduling, CNI/CSI, and CNCF ecosystem
- Understanding of private and public cloud infrastructure including compute, storage and networking
- Ability to work effectively with principal engineers and enterprise cloud architects
- Track record leading products from concept through launch across engineering, UX and GTM teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering, or MS/MBA in related field
- Legal authorization to work in the US

## Nice to have

- Direct experience with or active engagement in open-source governance and CNCF communities
- Speaking experience at major industry conferences like KubeCon or VMUG
- Background enabling platform architectures for modern and AI/ML workloads
