- Solid understanding of Python or C/C++ and software development
- Portfolio of technical writing or code for a technical audience
- Ability to present to technical audiences and create developer-focused content
- Track record of managing multiple projects

## Nice to have

- Advanced knowledge of LLM and AI software architecture including attention kernels, parallelism strategies, quantization, KV cache management, and request scheduling
- Sustained contributions to public AI projects or developer forums
- Experience running, tuning, or interpreting benchmarks on multi-GPU systems
- Experience explaining unfamiliar systems to users who need to deploy them quickly
