## Required

- 4+ years distributor-side branded merchandise or promotional products experience
- Direct independent quoting, sourcing, and program management
- Deep supplier network knowledge and relationships
- Ownership of customer relationships in project or account management capacity
- Experience managing complex multi-deliverable programs from brief to delivery
- Track record with projects at or above $500k level
- Eye for elevated branded merchandise with ability to articulate aesthetic point of view
- High agency and self-direction in ambiguous situations
- Strong communication and customer trust-building

## Nice to have

- Fluency with and active use of AI tools in day-to-day work
- Comfort with fast-moving tech company pace and technology sophistication
