- Financial acumen in capital planning and cost control
- Ability to travel up to 15% and work in a manufacturing environment

## Nice to have

- 3+ years managing large capital projects
- Experience in Management of Change (MOC) processes in regulated environments
- Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) experience
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing
