- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CSCST), Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT), Certified Surgical Technician (CST), or Certification in Sterile Processing and Distribution
- Proficiency with computer software applications (Excel, Word) and sterile processing information systems
- Knowledge of performance improvement and quality standards in sterile processing
- Two years of experience in Sterile Processing, Operating Room, or Surgical Technology
- Ability to assemble instrument trays accurately and inspect instruments for functionality and cleanliness

## Nice to have

- Associate's Degree
- Proficiency in ERP Systems (Oracle) or similar software
- Experience with ordering, receiving, distributing and warehousing surgical and inpatient care equipment and supplies
