- 5+ years in employee benefits, HR operations, or related field
- Global or multinational benefits experience
- Support APAC countries or international benefits renewals
- Vendor management and plan implementation experience
- Benefits data analysis experience
- Employee benefits administration experience
- Knowledge of U.S. and international benefits principles and regulations
- Written and verbal communication skills in cross-cultural environment
- Customer service skills and relationship building
- Reporting, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Sound judgment and independent work ability
- Balance compliance, cost, operational efficiency, and employee experience
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

## Nice to have

- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or equivalent professional designation
- Certificate in Global Benefits Management (IFEBP)
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
