## Required

- 3–5 years construction project management, sourcing, or labor-program experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent field experience
- Large-scale construction project support experience
- Hands-on jobsite workforce coordination with union engagement and compliance oversight
- Deal-making and cost-management skills
- Ability to partner effectively across contractors, unions, and external organizations

## Nice to have

- Mega fab, semiconductor, or complex industrial construction experience
- Project Labor Agreements familiarity
- Multi-site or high-volume construction program experience
- Workforce development or skilled-trades pipeline background
- Labor-market data and cost-modeling expertise
- Enthusiasm for operational improvements using AI tools
