## Required

- 7+ years infrastructure or platform engineering experience
- Strong programming in Go, TypeScript, or Python
- Production Kubernetes and cloud-native experience
- Cloud networking knowledge (VPCs, peering, private connectivity, load balancers, DNS)
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Authentication and authorization systems (OAuth/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC, policy enforcement)
- Security and encryption fundamentals (TLS, encryption at rest, key management)
- Debugging skills across distributed systems
- Excellent written communication

## Nice to have

- Google Cloud Platform experience
- Multi-tenant or single-tenant SaaS infrastructure experience
- Enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA) knowledge
- Customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK/BYOK) implementation experience
- Developer platforms, cloud IDEs, or developer productivity background
