- Computer Architecture background with modeling experience
- Python and ML frameworks proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaboration with design and engineering teams

## Nice to have

- SystemC and TLM experience
- Experience with functional and performance simulation models
