## Required

- At least 2 years of residential construction or solar experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Able to work on rooftops at various angles and heights up to 20 feet
- Able to work in confined spaces including attics
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, and humidity
- Must be 21 years of age
- Compliance with OSHA and company PPE and safety regulations
