## Required

- 10+ years as an Employee Business Partner
- Experience with software, data center, and digital infrastructure teams
- Experience working with global employee populations
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Proficiency translating business strategy into organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Data-driven decision making for HR analytics
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with discretion
- Experience investigating and coaching managers on performance and behavior concerns
- Ability to establish partnerships across organizational levels
