## Required

- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years semiconductor design experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in silicon/speed reliability and correlation methodologies
- Experience translating between design and silicon
- Track record leading technical teams
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Design tools proficiency

## Nice to have

- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Advanced process node experience (7nm and below)
- GPU, CPU, or high-performance computing design background
- Innovation and technical publication track record
