## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining web applications
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Redux, and CSS (Sass or Less)
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring
- Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL) and SQL
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, software design principles, and web application architecture
- Experience across multiple layers of full-stack systems including UI, backend services, databases, and Elasticsearch
- Experience writing and maintaining automated unit and end-to-end tests
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate in a distributed cross-functional team
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with Git and web servers such as Tomcat or Apache
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization technologies
- Experience operating high-traffic consumer-facing web applications
- Experience with observability, production troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives without formal management responsibility
