## Required

- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of UKG ProWFM implementation experience

- Proficiency in Boomi AtomSphere platform
- Experience with multiple integration patterns and REST APIs
- DevOps and CI/CD knowledge including Jenkins and GitHub
- Kubernetes and Docker proficiency
- SQL and NoSQL database experience
- Security principles and encryption knowledge
- Lead and mentor other team members

## Nice to have

- AI/ML platform experience including LLMs and RPA
- Event-driven design and data streaming expertise
