## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years hands-on technician experience in electromechanical assembly, spacecraft hardware manufacturing, or test equipment integration
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Excellent visual acuity for detailed inspections
- Ability to distinguish a wide range of colors for wire identification
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD clearance

## Nice to have

- Experience with EGSE, test racks, or similar electrical support systems
- Experience with wire harness routing, fabrication, and spaceflight hardware integration
- Knowledge of soldering tools and J-STD-001 certification
- Familiarity with electrical measurement tools such as multimeters, power supplies, and continuity testers
- Familiarity with cleanroom cleanliness standards and ESD precautions
