- Juris Doctor from accredited U.S. law school
- State bar membership in good standing
- Ability to obtain limited in-house license in Pennsylvania
- 2–5 years legal experience at large law firm, government agency, or corporation in compliance or regulatory role
- Strong knowledge of import requirements (HTS classification, customs valuation, country-of-origin, preferential programs)
- Strong knowledge of export requirements (export classification, licensing, authorization analysis)
- Practical experience implementing compliance programs and operational processes
- Familiarity with anticorruption laws including FCPA and UK Bribery Act
- Experience with third-party risk management controls
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking and proactive issue resolution
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams

## Nice to have

- Experience with import requirements and operations in Central/South America, Asia-Pacific, South Asia
- Proficiency leveraging technology and AI-powered tools for legal research and compliance monitoring
- Forward-thinking mindset with ability to streamline processes and identify automation opportunities
