## Summary

Lead the technical execution of LeoLabs' radar and hardware programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and deployment, translating product objectives and customer commitments into credible plans while coordinating dozens of interdependent workstreams. This role suits someone with deep hardware-development experience in aerospace or defense who can operate credibly at both the executive and engineering levels, challenge technical assumptions, and drive complex programs to measurable outcomes across ambiguous and evolving requirements.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or equivalent technical experience
- 12+ years in engineering, systems engineering, technical program management, hardware program leadership, or related field
- Track record leading multidisciplinary systems from concept through development, prototype, verification, production readiness, integration, deployment, and operations
- Experience with complex electronic, RF, or electromechanical systems in aerospace, defense, space, telecommunications, or hardware-intensive environments
- Understanding of requirements, interfaces, architecture, verification, validation, configuration, and technical risk
- Experience integrating hardware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, test, infrastructure, and operational workstreams
- Ability to build integrated engineering plans and manage milestones, critical paths, assumptions, resource constraints, and recovery
- Capacity to challenge technical assumptions and influence senior engineers
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. personnel security clearance
- Able to satisfy U.S. export-control requirements

## Nice to have

- Experience managing international infrastructure, permitting, spectrum, regulatory, or site-acceptance dependencies
- Familiarity with requirements-management, PLM, ERP, scheduling, and engineering-work-management systems
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical program managers or cross-functional program leaders
- Ability to build scalable program-management practices
