- Systems engineering and ground system software experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience with Agile and Model Based Engineering processes
- Basic orbital dynamics knowledge
