## Required

- 3 years of pre-sales experience leading large cross-functional engagements
- 1-3 years of healthcare or healthcare-technology experience
- Strong sales acumen and executive presence
- Technical depth to translate complex concepts across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing, integrating, or implementing healthcare systems (PMS, RCM, EHR, Patient Engagement) or enterprise systems (ERP, CDP, CRM)
- Ability to overlap with PST hours
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

## Nice to have

- Experience with voice AI technology
- Familiarity with healthcare data formats (FHIR, HL7)
- Prior experience at a high-growth AI or healthcare technology startup
