## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Healthcare or related discipline
- At least seven years of commercial experience in medical diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare
- Demonstrated experience managing business across African markets, particularly West Africa
- Experience with donor-funded healthcare programs and international funding agencies
- Experience working with government healthcare institutions and Ministries of Health
- Experience managing distributors and indirect sales channels across multiple countries
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Fluent French, written and spoken

## Nice to have

- Postgraduate qualification in Business Management or MBA
- Large-scale healthcare project, tender or turnkey opportunity leadership experience
- Experience with implementing partners and NGOs
- Proficiency in additional African languages
- Existing network across Ministries of Health and funding organizations
