## Required

- 7+ years progressive accounting experience including revenue accounting and ASC 606
- 2+ years direct people management experience
- Leadership of accounting team day-to-day execution
- Retail accounting experience with retailer reconciliations, deductions, reserves, and close support
- Strong ASC 606 knowledge and ability to translate guidance into practical processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with transactional data comfort
- Cross-functional collaboration and business-oriented communication
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority
- Systems and process mindset with comfort in data and system flows

## Nice to have

- CPA or equivalent
- High-growth and/or global organization experience
- NetSuite or similar ERP familiarity and systems partnership experience
- Audit support and SOX-ready/public company environment experience
- Experience building templates, playbooks, and scalable documentation processes
