## Required

- 4+ years of data engineering or data manipulation experience
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines
- Understanding of data lakes and cloud data platforms
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS
- Data transformation methodologies and data modeling knowledge
- Clean, maintainable, well-documented code
- Understanding of development methodologies and Agile delivery
- Data quality, pipeline monitoring, performance optimization, and operational support experience
- English communication skills

## Nice to have

- Azure Data Factory or AWS data services experience
- DataOps practices knowledge
- FinOps dashboards or cloud cost management experience
- Power BI or other reporting/dashboarding tools
- Spec-driven or AI-assisted development exposure
- Enterprise security, governance, and operational standards familiarity
- French language skills
