## Required

- 18 years or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build genuine customer connections
- Passion for service and sales orientation
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week with Peak Days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays)
- Able to stand and walk entire shifts
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willing to wear Rothy's shoes during shifts
