- 7+ years of relevant work experience with Bachelor degree (or 6+ with Advanced degree, or 5+ with PhD)
- 8+ years implementing OFAC, export control, AML, ATF, BSA and USA PATRIOT Act programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Research and analytical skills
