## Required

- 5–8 years of equity research or related investment analysis experience
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial modeling
- Experience supporting senior equity research analysts in client-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex financial data
- Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 63, Series 86, Series 87) or commitment to obtain them
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

## Nice to have

- PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or advanced degree in Biomedical Sciences
- Prior experience in biotech or life sciences sector coverage
- Experience in informal team leadership, mentoring, or onboarding roles
