- 8+ years digital marketing experience and/or IT roles managing e-commerce or digital marketing technology solutions
- 8+ years with database marketing, direct marketing or interactive marketing environments
- 8+ years of solution architect roles
- 8+ years working in an external client-facing environment
- Expertise in Ad-Server technologies (Google Campaign Manager, FlashTalking, etc.)
- Expertise in Tag Management solutions (Tealium, etc.)
- Expertise in Analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record working with Online IT and CRM IT
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong leadership and presentation skills
- Proven vendor/agency management experience
- Ability to influence and execute collaboratively

## Nice to have

- Consultative approach to web analytics and digital marketing tagging implementation
- Expertise with multiple analytic platforms (Adobe Analytics and Google)
- Experience with Tag Management system deployment and implementation
- Experience with Adserver integrations
- Mobile development experience (iOS, Android, Blackberry)
- Experience with emerging web technologies
- Data Management expertise (DMPs, Attribution, Segmentation)
