## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 10+ years of estimating and cost management experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale high-tech infrastructure
- Expertise in cost modeling, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and benchmarking across project lifecycle
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
- Proficiency with estimating and cost management platforms (CostX, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, Procore or similar)
- Experience supporting procurement, bid evaluations, and contractor selection
- Strong analytical, communication, and financial reporting skills
- Background with general contractors, owner's rep firms, or tech/data center infrastructure companies

## Nice to have

- Professional certifications (AACE, RICS, CMAA, CCP or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel up to 25% including international travel
