## Required

- Current, full, active, unrestricted RN licensure in a U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
- Proficiency in basic written and spoken English
- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing or equivalent foreign credential with degree equivalency validation

## Nice to have

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Recent operating room experience as an RN
- Scrub experience
- CNOR certification
